How it Works

The Fierce for Fall Challenge will help you build health habits in Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle.

You'll track your performance on this Tracking Sheet and submit it at the end of each week either in the studio or email it here.

You will also get access to our Private Fierce for Fall Challenge Facebook Group, where we'll share resources and videos, answer questions and post bonus earning activities. You'll also connect with a great group of supportive and like minded challengers.

Its Fun, Simple and works for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Training Objective

You'll take classes at Cardio Barre Santa Barbara.

Cardio Barre is a revolutionary fitness program that combines cardio, strength training and flexibility into fun and fast paced one hour workouts.

Choose any class on the schedule to complete your training objectives. Our compassionate and knowledgeable instructors will be there to guide you through every step.

Nutrition Objective

Our Meal plan is designed by our Registered Dietician to be simple, easy to track and highly effective. You'll be amazed at the immediate improvements you'll feel in your energy levels and overall well being.

Our meal plans are simple, easy to follow and customizable, taking all the guesswork out of eating healthy.

  • Take 4 Classes per Week

  • Eat 3 Balance Meals per Day

Detox Objective

  • Avoid Nutritional Toxins

You’ll attempt to avoid sugar and alcohol during this challenge. These ingredients can negatively impact your physical performance and often lead to unwanted weight gain.

By avoiding these toxins, you’ll give your body a chance to “reset” and make significant progress toward optimal physical function.

Lifestyle Objective

  • Build 2 Healthy Habits Daily

You’ll focus on building two of these daily habits:

  • Drink a glass of water every morning

  • Keep a daily food log

  • Stretch for 10 minutes

  • Turn screens off by 9pm

  • 30 Minutes of Quality Family Time

  • Bonus 60 Minute Workout

This Objective will help enhance your quality of life and overall wellbeing.
